Family Hall Bath
Denver, NC
A hall bath serving three kids, rebuilt for durability: porcelain that shrugs off water, a tub with a proper flange install, and storage a family can actually keep in order.

Chef-designed kitchens and function-first baths, built by a licensed NC general contractor — right here in Denver.
Denver sits on the quieter west shore of Lake Norman, and its homes split into two clear generations: Westport's established '70s–'90s golf course houses with compartmentalized kitchens behind walls, and the newer waves in Sailview, Trilogy, and the NC-16 corridor built open but built fast. We remodel both, and the prescriptions are nearly opposite.
In Westport-era homes the win is usually opening the kitchen to the living space — structural work we self-perform as the GC of record, with proper beams and permits, not a 'we think it's fine' wall removal. In the newer communities, including Trilogy's active-adult homes, we focus on function and forever: drawer storage that saves your back, lighting you can actually prep under, and curbless showers designed for the next twenty years, not the next listing photo.
Local logistics: Denver is unincorporated Lincoln County — permits run through Lincoln County Building Inspections, which works on different timelines than Mecklenburg; we build that into the schedule.

Davidson, NC
A cramped galley in a 1920s Davidson farmhouse opened into the dining room, with inset cabinetry that matches the home's original trim and a modern work core hidden inside.
