Butler's Pantry & Mudroom Addition

The project

The family's kitchen problem wasn't the kitchen — it was everything that landed in it. We designed a 240 square foot addition off the garage entry: locker per kid, bench, closed shoe storage, then a butler's pantry run with a second refrigerator, prep sink, and counter space for party overflow.

As the GC of record we handled the full addition scope: footings, framing, roof tie-in, electrical, plumbing, and matching the exterior brick so it reads original.
