The project

We removed the corner garden tub nobody had used in a decade and built a curbless wet room: linear drain, full Schluter membrane system behind every tile, and a freestanding soaker inside the glass. Waterproofing is the part you never see and the only part that can ruin a house — we photograph every membrane before tile and share the album.

The vanity is designed like a station: outlets inside drawers for dryers and razors, a full-height cabinet for towels, and lighting at face height on both sides of the mirrors — not a bar light throwing shadows from above.
